A hardcover expansion book focused on Gondor’s role in the War of the Ring and the battles around Minas Tirith. It presents history and setting material alongside rules, army lists and scenario content that cover engagements from small skirmishes to full-scale clashes. Contents include background on Gondor and Minas Tirith, 29 narrative scenarios, a linked campaign system that makes outcomes affect later battles, army tactics and lists for major factions involved in the conflict, and eight standalone ‘‘legendary’’ lists representing famous forces. The book also supplies new character profiles and a miniatures showcase of Citadel and Forge World models.
