A d20 Modern supplement covering the hazards of disease and illness in modern campaigns. It includes 30 real-world diseases, 10 fantasy and science-fiction diseases, templates for monsters created by disease, and the CDC Specialist advanced class. The material presents game effects for biological weapons, chronic conditions, epidemics, and other ailments, giving GMs additional challenges and hazards for modern heroes.
