A reference for referees running Swords & Wizardry or other early fantasy roleplaying games, collecting hundreds of monster entries in a rules-light 0e style. It includes 186 new monsters, creatures familiar from later editions, and reprinted Swords & Wizardry entries, with compatibility notes for Labyrinth Lord, Basic Fantasy Roleplaying, and OSRIC. Monster descriptions leave alignment for the referee to determine, allowing them to fit different campaign settings.
