Necronus & The Brood
A database entry for a super-powered individual and the four unique beings gathered around him. Necronus can mutate others, create superhumans, and remove their abilities, making him a dangerous figure for law enforcement and heroes to track. This small campaign supplement introduces the character and his group for use in a superhero roleplaying campaign.
