Neon Gods

Build legitimate businesses, recruit street fighters and buy black-market resources as a gang in a kaleidoscopic near future. Fight rival gangs to defend or seize territory while evading police harassment. Players score points for the territories they control at the end of every third round. After nine rounds, the player with the most points controls the city.
