A gonzo post-apocalyptic tabletop RPG set on Earth after magic merges with 1980s and early 1990s technology. Players create wasteland adventurers from classes such as biomechanical exiles, cosmic barbarians, psychic aliens, tape-deck hackers, and dark wizards, with hairstyles and fortune points adding further character variation. Built on BX-style rules, the game covers exploration, combat, character abilities, damage, disease, poison, drugs, spells, prayers, psychic powers, and technological hacks. The setting includes over 100 monsters, fantastical weapons and treasures, a campaign setting, and a hidden adventure, all presented in a violent, neon cassette-futurist style.
