Nighthawks (Version 1.2)

A low-powered superhero roleplaying game set in King City, a fictional metropolis in an alternate modern world where crime has overwhelmed conventional law enforcement. Costumed vigilantes, known as Nighthawks, operate independently or in small teams, relying mainly on exceptional training, fitness, resources, and determination; rare individuals possess abilities gained through super-science or occult forces. Players create street-level heroes who pursue criminals while protecting their secret identities and working outside due process. The criminal underworld also funds its own masked enforcers, creating a city where vigilantes, organized crime, and law enforcement collide.
