Players relive a witch-hunt set piece driven by a VHS-style central cassette that supplies timed narration and events. Each turn players draw Time and Fate cards, roll dice and resolve outcomes as the cassette advances the scenario and triggers special instructions. The goal is to survive or reverse a curse while responding to scripted sequences and multimedia prompts. Play emphasizes timed decision-making, cooperative and competitive elements as players manage resources, avoid accusations, and contend with escalating threats centered on a young accused woman at the heart of the narrative.
