No Prob-Lama

Players each receive nine face-down cards arranged in a 3x3 rectangle and aim to finish a round with the lowest total value showing. During play, cards are revealed and swapped with draws or the discard pile to improve the personal grid; three identical cards in a row or column score negative points instead of positive ones, with higher-number triplets giving larger negatives. Rounds end when a player has revealed all nine cards; the player with the lowest score wins the round and takes a wooden token. Special cards alter scoring by adding penalty points to others or transferring negative points away, and players must watch opponents’ grids to avoid helping their triplet strategies with careless discards. Play continues until a player collects three tokens and wins the game.
