A post-apocalyptic role-playing setting focused on the rebuilt city of New York, where immigrants, mutants, soldiers and survivors seek a place in a dangerous metropolis. Players create characters, explore ruined and rebuilt districts, deal with local factions and confront the threats left by the war. The city offers the promise of safety and the American Dream, but ignorance, violence and Moloch’s forces make survival uncertain.
