NPC Fluff Generator
A simple browser-based utility generates background details for non-player characters in a fantasy setting. Enter an NPC’s clan or leave it random, then generate randomized values from an embedded dictionary to create a wide range of character profiles. The tool was originally developed to support an online fan site and is available as a downloadable HTML page.
