Nuevo Mundo

A turn-based strategy game of territorial dispute in an imaginary Gulf of Mexico and Caribbean, where players lead colonizing expeditions seeking land, wealth, and discoveries. Players establish strategic positions, expand their influence, and gather imperial credit to gain resources and favors. Dice-driven events modify movement, while combat uses a rock-paper-scissors system with a cryptex piece. Sets of cards depicting goods and discoveries provide points, and negotiation, peace, and betrayal all play a role.
