Players manage a stack of hungry creatures and a Mouth card, drawing a new creature each turn and adding it to the top of the stack. On a turn, a player may reposition one card or swap two cards, then resolve a feeding action: one creature must eat another according to numerical sequences and positioning relative to the Mouth. Each creature also has an optional special ability that alters eating rules or movement; the ability of the top creature is active and moves that card to the bottom when used. The goal is to reduce the hand to a single creature plus the Mouth without letting the Mouth reach the top and trigger its game-ending effect.
