Paragon Talents
This supplement adds paragon-tier utility powers called talents for 4th Edition characters. Based on skill use, action points, and level-based modifiers, these talents provide options both in and out of combat, including situations where initiative and attack rolls do not apply.
属性／ステータス制（STR、CON、PERなど）クラス制（パイロット、ウィザード、サイエンティストなど）レベル制（XPを獲得してレベルアップ）
