Paupers' Ladder: Christmas in Brighthelm

A small print-and-play seasonal expansion that adds two new paupers, a bird companion, and unique quests. One pauper is a lute-playing elf who earns money by busking across the cities; the other is an elderly gift-bearing character who can discover presents from an endless sack. A robin companion can be trained to continue exploring when it locates Ingredients, altering how exploration resolves. Each new pauper also gains a personal Special Quest that only they can complete, providing new objectives and interactions within the existing game framework.
