Paydirt

Players simulate American football drives on a 100‑yard field using team-specific charts that model each squad’s historical strengths and weaknesses. Each turn resolves plays by consulting the applicable team charts and dice or randomizers, advancing the ball, attempting passes, or running the clock while accounting for turnovers, penalties and situational outcomes. The boxed set includes teams from the original era and supports additional era- and fan-created charts; updated chart collections and a computerized implementation are also available separately.
