Peak Oil: Spillover

An expansion for Peak Oil that adds variant cards and new Demand, Risk, and Security markers. Variant cards alter different aspects of play, including general rules, agents, public relations, endgame conditions, and scoring; one card from each category can be included in a game. The additional markers introduce new refineries to supply, dangers along shipping routes, and security objectives. The base game is required.
