Penguin Party (ペンギンパーティ)

Players collectively build a multi-colored pyramid of penguin cards while trying to empty their hands. Each turn a player adds a card to the left or right end of the base (up to eight cards wide) or plays on a higher level if the card is supported by two penguins, at least one matching the card’s color. If a player cannot play, they discard their hand and take penalty markers equal to the cards left. Emptying a hand lets a player return two penalty markers. The game plays a number of rounds equal to the number of players, and the player with the fewest penalty markers at the end wins.
