Pixel Tactics: Game Informant / Ryan Metzler

Players field a small squad of heroes represented by cards and use chips to assign temporary abilities and trigger effects. On a turn, players take actions to place or move chips onto heroes; each chip grants a distinct combat trait such as intercepting attacks, enabling ranged strikes, or giving a hero a free first melee attack. Conflict resolves through targeted attacks and positional decisions as players adapt chip placement to counter opponents and create tactical combos.
