Prismatic Spray

This supplement provides options for customizing a prismatic spell without using feats. Cosmetic changes alter its appearance without increasing the spell level, while beneficial changes improve its effects at a higher casting cost and penalties reduce its potency to make it easier or less draining to cast. Options can be combined to change the spell’s point of origin, add five new colours and effects, or randomly disable one colour in the spray. Basic rules and optional balancing rules are included.
