Quartermaster General: Air Marshal

Adds two new mechanics that expand the base game's strategic options. Bolster cards are played from hand at specific trigger times indicated on the card, introducing timed events and surprise effects that alter planning and response. Air Forces are deployed by playing Deploy Air Force cards and then operate on the map to support Army or Navy units in the same space and threaten adjacent enemy pieces, creating an aerial layer of influence during combat.
