Rattus: Judge Promo Card

This promotional character card represents a judge who can protect and reclaim a player's influence. During a turn, its holder may move one of their cubes from any region, whether it contains rats or not, to the palace area, then return one of their cubes from the board to their personal stock. Cubes in the palace are safe for the rest of the game and count normally when scoring.
