A four-color military-fantasy setting inspired by 1980s Saturday morning spy cartoons, where elite operatives defend freedom or pursue domination. Players choose a side among paramilitary forces, arms dealers, ninja clans, and anarchist bikers, then create characters using new origins, feats, and the Commandant or Overlord master classes. The expansion adds cartoon-style weapons and vehicles, along with rules for rank and allegiance, campaign qualities, and generators for diabolical plots and weekly McGuffins. NPCs from every faction provide potential allies and recurring enemies.
