Reign of Chaos
A superpowered roleplaying adventure for ICONS, playable as a standalone scenario or as the conclusion to the Rise of the Phalanx series. Heroes in Victory City uncover the history of the original Phalanx and confront Reign, the mastermind behind the threat from Geistspace, along with his mystic minions. The adventure includes character sheets for the original Phalanx members, Reign, and his allies, as well as the secrets and background needed to resolve the campaign’s final conflict.
