A science-fiction setting book detailing a galactic civilization emerging from the fall of the Stellar Imperium. It presents rival powers, independent worlds, alien crusaders, crime syndicates, interplanetary conglomerates, and organizations competing across the galaxy. The setting supports campaigns involving cargo runs, corporate sabotage, political conflict, starship salvage, criminal operations, and battles against the extermination campaign of the R’Tillek. A full-length adventure, Virus!, is included.
