Rifts: Machinations of Doom
A 72-page black-and-white graphic novel introduces a new crisis on Rifts Earth, following a dark plot that threatens the foundations of magic and places the Federation of Magic in danger. The accompanying 43-page game section continues the story with adventure ideas, a potentially catastrophic scenario, and game statistics for the heroes, villains, monsters, and other characters featured in the comic. It also includes pinups, concept sketches, and a wrap-around color cover.
