Rise of the Masterminds
The heroes defend Emerald City in the aftermath of the Silver Storm, working as the city’s resident superteam under the sponsorship of former supervillain Maximilian Mars. After thwarting an attempt to recover the storm’s mysterious technology, they face a new threat when an unknown spacecraft emerges from beneath an oil rig and delivers a warning about humanity’s interference. The team investigates the vessel’s mission while dealing with the consequences of its arrival.
