This setting sourcebook presents Portland as a remote city where vampires seek new beginnings. The local Camarilla struggles with a limited mortal population and blood supply, while remnants of the city's Sabbat past and Setite schemes threaten the Prince's rule. It includes the city's supernatural history, profiles of the Prince, Anarchs, Thin-Bloods, and other Story characters, and twenty mortal victims with complications for feeding scenes. New skills, a Thaumaturgical ritual, and expanded rules cover hunting, Herds, territory, poaching, and tracking blood supplies by neighborhood. A starting adventure explores the consequences of a severe disruption to the city's available blood.
