A marine biologist is transformed after an accident destroys his advanced underwater laboratory. Claiming to serve the ocean, he seeks to punish humanity for its treatment of the sea. The adventure provides a pregenerated villain and story hooks for heroes to investigate the laboratory’s destruction and confront the sea monster.
