Shantytown Shakedown
Characters investigate the Crab River shantytown for clues to the theft of the Purple Sapphire. Contacts provide information through role-play, with skill checks required to uncover additional details. As the investigation progresses, an emerging crime lord and a priest of Dagon pursue their own interests in the gemstone, while Vendermark’s spy and assassin may discover the characters’ trail and attack with hired thugs.
