Simple GBoH Battle Manual

A compilation of simplified adaptations of fifty-five historical battles drawn from magazine scenarios, spanning early hoplite engagements of the Persian Wars through Roman actions such as Teutoburg Forest. The package presents a playbook of reduced-format scenarios, an updated rulebook and charts incorporating errata and clarifications, and a counter sheet with 259 counters to represent the additional leaders and markers used by these scenarios. Scenarios use the Simple Great Battles of History system and require the corresponding base Great Battles of History game or module materials (and, for some scenarios, the original magazine articles) to be played.
