A death in the Chicago–Milwaukee sprawl draws Detective Nick Ryder into an investigation that requires outside help. Shadowrunners collect evidence, visit medical examiners, question suspects, and follow leads while working to identify the perpetrator and bring them to justice. This Shadowrun: Missions adventure can be played as a standalone scenario or as the third job in the current season. It is designed for Shadowrun, Fifth Edition, with plot elements adaptable to Shadowrun: Anarchy.
