An intelligence agency has gone dark after being betrayed by the US government, while a covert war unfolds in the shadows. This update expands the game with new Origin, Power, and Gear options, additional NPCs including the Covert Strike Teams Anvil and Switch, and ten new allies and threats for the Bank’s superhuman roster.
