A Pathfinder Society scenario for characters of levels 3–6, set in the iruxi city of Ekkeshikaar on an idyllic island off the western coast of Garund. The characters work to establish trade relations between Ekkeshikaar and Vidrian while navigating local politics and uncovering forces determined to sabotage the proposed alliance.
