A science-fiction roleplaying supplement focused on the rough communities that grow around starports, beyond the protection of interstellar sovereignty. It presents encounters for starfarers, including explosions that injure bystanders, attacks on local bars, and confrontations with wealthy young oligarchs seeking to take a character’s possessions. The material is designed for 2D6 science-fiction games such as Cepheus Engine, Cepheus Deluxe, and The Original Science Fiction Roleplaying Game, but can be adapted to other systems. A referee determines how to use and adjust the encounters.
