A remote village known for the restorative waters of its hot mineral spring has fallen silent. In recent weeks, its residents have grown ill and turned to stone, leaving statues throughout the town while gargoyle figures appear at the gates and sanatorium. The characters investigate the abandoned resort, search for the source of the petrification, and work to uncover what happened before the affliction spreads.
