Streets: Dice Tower 2021 Promo Tile

Adds a Dice Tower-shaped bouncing castle to Streets as a Wild tile. The Bouncing Castle earns $5 for every 2 parents in the street. During setup, after stage 2, remove one random Wild tile from the stack, then shuffle this tile into the stack.
