Swords of the Iron Legion
An anthology of mass-combat adventures set in the Forgotten Realms, covering battles from small skirmishes to large-scale wars. Using BATTLESYSTEM rules, scenarios feature armies, fortifications, flying creatures, war machines, varied terrain, and other battlefield challenges. Player characters can take part in individual heroics while directing their forces, and each adventure includes details of the armies, notable characters, terrain, and special features. The scenarios work as one-time battles or as additions to an existing campaign, for groups of 6–8 characters of levels 1–15 and higher.
