Tarnhelm's Tome of Wonder
An optional-rules toolkit for the original 1974 edition of fantasy tabletop roleplaying games and compatible clones. It provides modular systems for backgrounds, talents, variant classes, combat stunts, magic, psionics, death and dying, encumbrance, allegiance, domain management, mass combat, and more. Additional sections include monsters, NPC adventuring groups, treasures, dungeon and wilderness hazards, mutations, comic-book-style superpowers, firearms, and referee random tables. The modules can be used as written or adapted for individual campaigns, with some offering alternate approaches to the same rules.
