Terraforming Mars: New Partner Promo Card

A promo Prelude card that increases megacredit production by one step and then lets the player draw two Prelude cards, play one immediately and discard the other. It has no tags and functions as an opening boost to a player’s economy. This card was distributed as a limited spring 2022 promotional insert and was added to qualifying orders during that period.
