The Alienist's Handbook
This tabletop roleplaying supplement expands character options around strange magic, cosmic horror, and uncanny phenomena. It introduces new archetypes, including the Fell Archaeologist Scholar and Interminate Arcanist, along with feats, talents, spells, weapons, and body-swapping incantations. Players can alter biology, manipulate minds and reality, wield alien weaponry, or defend against supernatural forces.
