The Archon
A new core class for the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game, this warrior-wizard combines arcane spellcasting with martial training. Archons use intellect and disciplined study to learn a limited selection of spells, then blend that magic with weapon skills and more primal forms of arcane power in combat. Archons lack the sustained damage, durability, armor, and spellcasting breadth of more specialized classes, but their versatility allows them to shift between magical and mundane techniques. They are often drawn from powerful noble families, where generations preserve the demanding training required to master both traditions.
