The Bagbearer
A DCC-compatible tri-fold pamphlet details Lastor Bagbearer, a tax collector from House Jenulane. Smarmy, entitled, and charming, he demands payment while using honeyed words to disguise his threats. The pamphlet includes complete game statistics, motivations, eight rumors and opinions to guide further encounters, and a map of a rural road where the characters may meet him. The encounter can be used with The Protectorate of Jenulane or as a standalone scenario.
