A supernatural character class learns by surviving encounters with monsters, adapting their abilities into new powers. Rather than preparing or casting distinct spells like a wizard or sorcerer, the character channels raw monstrous energy in combat, wielding effects such as fiery breath, petrification, lightning, and life-draining attacks.
