The Charcoaler's Ransom
The local charcoaler, Samuel, has been captured along with his supply of charcoal by the scheming villain Margesh Blackblood, disrupting the town’s economy. Lord Garrison sends an adventuring party to resolve the crisis. The adventure emphasizes investigation, negotiation, and creative problem-solving, with combat best treated as a last resort. Players can seek a bloodless solution or choose to confront Blackblood’s men directly.
