A rules supplement for adding psychic abilities to a d20 campaign, with material tailored to the Sleeping Imperium setting. It includes a psychic class, rules for psychic powers, skills and feats, prestige classes, and psychic monsters; the generic d20 mechanics can also be adapted to other campaigns.
