The Escape Plan

A tabletop role-playing adventure framework centered on characters who are captured and confined by an antagonist. Players avoid their captors, gather information, and develop a plan to escape, with the adventure ending in freedom. The framework supports literal imprisonment as well as cultural, political, or religious oppression, and can be adapted to any setting, genre, or rules system by adding suitable encounters, challenges, villains, monsters, and non-player characters.
