The Fallen Fane
This fantasy adventure takes place in the ruins of an ancient forest shrine, where a woodland faun’s petrified body remains after a failed plea for divine aid. The party investigates the fallen fane, explores its dangerous remnants, and uncovers the fate of the kidnapped forest nymph and the faun’s missing spirit. Designed for 6–9 characters of levels 4–8, the scenario is suited to parties including a cleric and magic-user of levels 5–7. It is written for First Edition Advanced Rules and can be adapted to other early fantasy role-playing systems.
