The Heist
A short introductory adventure for Mutants & Masterminds Third Edition, designed for four to six heroes of Power Level 10. The heroes respond to a bank robbery in Freedom City, where the super-criminal siblings Rant and Rave are aided by hired muscle and conceal additional tricks. The scenario includes the action, opponents, and guidance needed to run the heist, with adjustments for larger groups or lower-power characters.
