The Hench

A playable class for Labyrinth Lord that explores the lives of henchmen and henchwomen serving adventuring parties. Characters begin with a low barrier to entry, advance quickly through the early levels, and develop skills that support and protect their companions. After completing the initial progression, a character can switch to another adventuring class while retaining the abilities gained as a hench. Three variants are included: Cavalryman, Infantry, and Scout. The class can also replace 0-level characters or serve as an advancement option.
